Step 1 – Before your arrival - You will receive two digital access codes in two separate emails.

First email: This email will contain the access code (first code) for the main entrance door, which will grant you access to the building. It will be sent to you one day before your arrival.

Second email: This email contains information about the floor, the number of your room, studio, or apartment, and the door access code (second code). It will be sent to you on the day of your arrival.

Step 2 – Open Main Entrance door

Please input the code (e.g., 480088#) you received via email, as described in step 1 (“First email”), into the digital wall reader. Right after entering the code, push the main entrance door strong/good to unlock it.

Step 3 – Open the door to your room, studio or apartment

Please input the second code (e.g., 617999722#) that you received via email, as outlined in step 1 ('Second email'), into the door lock to access your room, studio, or apartment.

The access code to your room is valid from 3pm.

Step 4 – Find your key card when entering the room, studio, or apartment.

When you enter the room, you will find the key card on in the energy switch right at the entrance.

Use the key card from now on.

Step 5 – Switching on the electricity for your room, studio, or apartment.

Insert the key card vertically into the power switch to power your room, studio, or apartment.
